Can I get bigger or smaller bags than the ones listed?

Sometimes, one or more of your items may not be available when we pick your order, because the item has gone out of stock, for example. If you’ve chosen to allow substitutions

What is the products origin?

All Our products are sourced from India unless mentioned otherwise on label.

Do you sell Vegetables and Frozen stuff?

Sorry. We are not selling any Vegetables and Frozen stuff.

The order form will be updated when we do so.

Do you sell any other Brands?

No. We are selling only SHIVI and popular Indian consumer brands

How do i pay you?

Bank Account details will be shared so you make payment after Collection/Delivery.

We currently don’t have card payment facility.

Do you offer returns / replacement / refunds?

Yes. you may return the product in case it is not upto your expectations.

We will collect the product from you in the following week of delivery and offer you replacement or refund.

However, we ask you to notify us in 5 days from the original delivery date.
